25 year old singer/actress Ashlee Simpson is selling her Hollywood residence.
Ashlee bought the villa before her marriage in 2008 with rocker Peter Wentz. She bought the 5 bedroom villa for around $4 million but putting it up for sale now because she thinks it will not be big enough for her growing family.
